I blend breath, movement and nervous system work to help you ride with a sense of grounded energy, recover better, and reconnect with yourself.
This isn’t about being super bendy or perfect. It’s about feeling your body, knowing your limits, learning when to send it - and when to soften.

About me
Hey, I’m Marija (mah-ree-uh) and I’m stoked that you’re here.
Yoga has been the thread that I’ve returned to time and time again since I was 16 years old. Fast forward 20 years, and I’m a 500-hr YTT & it’s been with me through burnout, big moves, and breakthroughs. It’s helped me rebuild my nervous system, find my footing, and come back to myself over, and over, and over again.
In 2023, I found mountain biking and fell headfirst (sometimes literally) into it. Fast, wild, full-body presence. That feeling of ripping down a trail with nothing but breath, instinct and adrenaline? I was hooked.
It didn’t take long before I realized that what I was learning on the mat - breath, body awareness, nervous system regulation - was making me a better, braver, and more grounded rider.
That trust, grit, humility and flow I learned while riding? That served me back on my mat in ways I never expected.
Now I’m called to create spaces for womxn like me - those who ride hard, feel deeply, and want more than just a stretch class.
These offerings are built for the nervous system. For presence. For recovery. For connection. On your mat or on the trails.
