ARKA means ‘light’, and we’re here to help you uncover yours - on your mat or in your business.

In Studio Classes: If you wanna move, sweat, breathe & feel. No pretzel poses required. Show up as you are.

Yoga Workshops & Retreats: For those who want more confidence and calm, even when things get sketchy. This is nervous system work with dirt under your nails.

HR Help for Studio Owners: For the studio owners doing all the things — we take the HR mess off your plate so you can actually lead. À la carte options or monthly support, starting with a free audit.
