    A fresh take on the classic 26:2 hot yoga series—think: more chill, less rigid, and yes... we’ve added music. This class is all about consistency with soul. You’ll move through a set sequence every time, giving your body a chance to build strength, flexibility, and confidence with each round.

    Expect warmth that wraps around you, grounding scents, and a curated soundtrack that helps you drop in and stay present. It’s designed to ignite your inner fire, clear your head, and reconnect you to what matters—body, breath, and spirit.

  • ARKA's Vin Yin

    A rhythmic blend of strength and softness, this class starts with a heat-building, vinyasa-style flow to wake up your body and energy, then winds down into a slow, grounding finish. Expect uplifting scents, warm ambient lighting, and a soundscape that moves from energizing beats to calming tones—striking the perfect balance of yin and yang.

    This class uses simple, intentional movements to build heat, tone your body, and leave you feeling strong from the inside out. Set in a heated space, with high-energy playlists and natural scents that energize and ground you, it’s movement that works with your lifestyle, not against it.
