GRIND is built for focus, not fluff. This 60 minute vinyasa style flow class blends 1:1 breath-to-movement pacing with longer holds and intentional intensity—designed to challenge strength, precision, and mental grit.
Sequenced like a climb, each class builds toward a peak pose through progressive ladder-style movement. We finish with a solid 15-minute cool down to restore mobility, downshift your nervous system, and leave you sharper than you came in.
