About me
Hey, I’m Marija (mah-ree-uh) — stoked you’re here.
Yoga’s been there for me since I was 16. I’ve found it again & again through burnout, big moves, and major breakthroughs — it helps me rebuild my nervous system and come back to myself, over and over.
In 2023, I found mountain biking — and fell headfirst (sometimes literally) into the kind of wild, full-body presence I didn’t know I was missing.
Turns out, what I was learning on the mat — breath, body awareness, regulation — made me a better rider.
And what I was learning on the trails — trust, grit, humility, flow — made me a better human.
Now I’m building workshops & retreats for women like me: riders, feelers, seekers.
The ones who want more than just a stretch.
